The boat goes together well, I have seen them built in glued plywood clinker, the preferred method, it has relatively soft lines. Sail choices include balanced lug and gunter sloop rig. The latter will be especially good to windward but a bit of fiddle to rig compared to the simplicity of the balanced lug. You really DON’T need that Blaxland, oars are quieter and more fun.
